Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings and subscriptions made through ParkAhead. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Booking cancellations by drivers

  • Free cancellation: You may cancel a paid booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Partial refund: Cancellations between 24 hours and 1 hour before the start time may receive a partial refund (typically 50%), depending on the listing's chosen policy.
  • No refund: Cancellations within 1 hour of the start time, or after the start time, are generally not refunded unless the owner agrees or the listing policy states otherwise.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Booking cancellations by owners

  • If an owner cancels a confirmed booking, the driver receives a full refund.
  • ParkAhead may charge the owner a cancellation fee to cover processing costs and rebooking inconvenience.
  • Repeated owner cancellations may result in a lower listing rank, temporary suspension, or permanent delisting.

3. No-shows

A driver who does not arrive during the booked window is considered a no-show and is not entitled to a refund. An owner who is unavailable to honour the booking may be subject to penalties and the driver may receive a full refund.

4. Subscription cancellations

  • Monthly subscriptions (Driver Club, Owner Pro) can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.
  • Subscription fees are generally not refunded for partial months unless required by local consumer law.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that was not granted, contact us at support@park-ahead.com with your booking ID and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
